Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department contended that though this contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 20.11.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No. 22165 of 2019, but the State Government has preferred Writ Appeal bearing W.A. No. 263 of 2020 against the order passed in the writ petition, which is pending disposal before this Court. 3.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy after disposal of the aforementioned Writ Appeal.
