1. There is an inordinate delay of 970 days in filing the review petition. Even accounting for the Covid-19 period, the delay is still inordinate and not satisfactorily explained.

2. Accordingly, this Court is not persuaded to condone the delay in filing the review petition. Consequently, the review petition is dismissed.
