This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr.M.K.Chand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

On perusal of report of the learned District & Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Boudh, it appears that the petitioner after availing the interim bail has defaulted in surrendering the Court and accordingly, N.B.W.A. has been issued against the petitioner and notice have been issued to the bailors.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present BLAPL stands disposed of.
