Heard Mr. T.K. Mandal, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel.

Since on instruction, Mr. Nanda submits that in the meantime, three accused persons, namely, Banambar Majhi, Adwetya Kumar Pattnayak and Tejeswani Das have already been arrested and the police is making all efforts to arrest the other accused, namely, Ashok Sethy, who is absconding, Mr. Mandal does not want to proceed further in the matter. 3.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. 4.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
