This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel.

The Petitioners haves filed this writ petition with the following prayer :

" It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the Opposite Parties more particularly Opposite Party No.2 to act upon on vacancy available under anneure-3 and further direction may be issued to the Opposite party No.2 to absorb the Petitioners in the present vacancy taking into the past experience of the Petitioners within a time stipulated by the Hon'ble Court. And pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as would be deem fit and as to give complete relief to the petitioners.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners may be permitted to file a fresh representation ventilating their grievance before the Chief Executive Officer, Tata Power Central Odisha Distribution Ltd., Opposite Party

// 2 // No.2 which may be considered within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that he has no objection if permission is granted to the Petitioners to file the representation before the Opposite Party No.2 and the same is considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 5.

In view of the aforesaid limited nature of grievance of the Petitioners, this Court disposes of the writ petition granting liberty to the Petitioners to file a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.2 ventilating their grievance within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is filed within the time stipulated, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the opposite party no.2 in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter and the decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioners shall be communicated to the Petitioners within two weeks thereafter. 6.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
