1. The Petitioner's representation dated 6th April, 2022 shall be considered by the Secretary, Department of Energy, Government of Odisha, and after giving the Petitioner as well as Opposite Party No.3-Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Ltd, Bhubaneswar an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st August, 2022 and the said order be communicated to them not later than 8th August, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
