This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for non-compliance of the order dated 10.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.10237 of 2015.

Considering the submission made, this Court, by providing a last chance, deems it proper to dispose of the Contempt Petition with a direction to the Opposite Party-Contemnor to comply with the direction of this Court dated 10.02.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.10237 of 2015, if the same has not been complied with in the meantime, within a period of two weeks from the date of service of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, provided the operation of order/judgment has not been stayed by higher forum and file compliance report before the Registry of this Court within one week

thereafter. If the Opposite Party-Contemnor fails to comply with the aforesaid order within the time stipulated hereinabove, then he will be asked to appear before this Court and shall have to face consequences for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court. 4.

The CONTC is, accordingly, disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
