1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 08.08.2022 passed in W.P. (C) No. 11295 of 2022.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the cause title of the W.P. (C). No. 11295 of 2022 the full name of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as "Sarat Kumar Mishra" instead of "Kirtan Pradhan". He further submits that in the cause title the name of learned counsel for the petitioner has been wrongly typed as " Pitamber Panda" instead of " Prasanta Kumar Mohanty".

5. In such view of the matter, the full name of the petitioner wrongly mentioned as "Sarat Kumar Mishra" be read as "Kirtan Pradhan" and in the cause title the name of learned counsel for the petitioner has been wrongly typed as "Pitamber Panda" instead of " Prasanta Kumar Mohanty".

6. This order shall be read as a part of this original order. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered.
