Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 800 of 2021, arising out of Jaleswar P.S. Case No. 363 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-363 of the I.P.C.

It is stated that the learned counsel for the informant that the victim has entered into matrimony.

Taking into account such submission, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
