Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

It appears, there is no approach to the Tahasildar concerned in terms of the direction of this Court in disposal of W.P.(C). No.38085 of 2020. This Court here finds Deputy Collector, Bhadrak District should not have indicated the direction of the High Court to be complied by the Tahasildar, as in fact there is no direction to the Tahasildar, the public authority in disposal of W.P.(C). No.38085 of 2020. It is at this stage of the matter, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners wants for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Tahasildar concerned.
