1. It will be open to the Petitioner to file a fresh application for Order No.

examining the defence witnesses. Such application be considered on its merits provided it is filed not later than 2nd May, 2022.

2. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The interim order passed earlier is vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
