Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State has made categorical statement before us that the minor girl has been rescued and restored to the custody of the parents.

We have also heard Mr. P.C. Dash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

In our considered view, there is nothing to be adjudicated in this proceeding and, as such, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
