3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Direction be issued to the opp.party no.2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2022 under Annexure-2 for release of Family Pension within a time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court".

He further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 18.04.2022 at Annexure-2 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.2 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

5. Considering the submissions made and without

// 2 // expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
