This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. Mishsra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rizvi, learned counsel for the Vigilance Department. 3.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with V.G.R. Case No. 12 of 2022, arising out of Bhubaneswar Vigilance P.S. Case No. 09 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Spl. Judge (Vig.), Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-13(2) r/w/ 13 (1)(b)/12 of the P.C. Act.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving

for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

It is needless to state here that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation.

7.

It shall be open to the Investigating Agency to approach this Court in the event the petitioner does not cooperate. 8.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

9.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
