The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. S.J. Prakash on behalf of Mr. A. Das, learned counsel for the insurer -Appellant and Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for claimant - Respondents 1-3.

It is submitted on behalf of the Appellant that during pendency of the claim application an amount of Rs.50,000/- was paid towards no fault liability.

Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the claimants does not dispute such submissions. As such, it is directed that said amount of Rs.50,000/- already paid to the claimants shall be adjusted from the amount to be paid as per direction of this court dated 22nd November, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of.
