1.This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Why the petitioner shall not be included the GPF and Pension Rule 1992 and allow pension after her superannuation.
(ii) Why the opp.parties will not be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for inclusion of GPF and Pension Rule 1992 within a stipulated time.
(iii) That if the opp.parties do not show cause then the Rule be made absolute by issuing appropriate writ/writs and any other order as deem fit be passed". 4.
He further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 19.01.2022 at Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.2 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.2 to take a
// 2 // decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.
5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
