1. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellants states that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Member, Board of Revenue, Cuttack to dispose of the appeal being OSS Case No.66 of 2009 at an early date.

2. Consequently, a direction is issued to the Member, Board of Revenue, Cuttack to dispose of the above case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
