This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 813 of 2022, arising out of Brajrajnagar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-341/323/386/307/294/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Perused the Injury Report, in which the injuries are categorized as simple.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper, 6.

And additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear in person before the Jurisdictional Police Station once every 10 days, till the conclusion of the investigation. 7.

It is needless to state here that in the event, there is any default in appearance, the first date of which shall be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. The present order stands recalled without any further reference to this Court. 8.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
