1. Learned counsel appearing for both the Appellant as well as the Order No.
Respondent No.2 (AICTE) agree that the impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge requires to be set aside in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in All India Council for Technical Education v. Shri Prince Shivaji Maratha Boarding House's College of Architecture MANU/SC/1534/2019. There the Supreme Court has made it mandatory for a college seeking to offer a course in Architecture to seek prior approval of the Council of Architecture.
