Respondent No.2 (AICTE) agree that the impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge requires to be set aside in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in All India Council for Technical Education v. Shri Prince Shivaji Maratha Boarding House's College of Architecture MANU/SC/1534/2019. There the Supreme Court has made it mandatory for a college seeking to offer a course in Architecture to seek prior approval of the Council of Architecture.

2. Consequently, the impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge is hereby set aside. The writ appeal is allowed as prayed for. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (Chittaranjan Dash) Judge S.K. Jena/Secy.
