This Court finds, there is regular appearance of a Counsel Order No.
having no power involving the Chambers involved herein. To avoid any controversy in future as to involving any complain, there was no instruction of the Counsel for appearing, this Court finds, the case can be disposed of for non-prosecution. It is found, Mr.A.K.Nanda now a Government Counsel cannot otherwise argue the matter. 2.
Thus, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for no further appearance of the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Liberty is also granted in the event the party engages any other Counsel may ask for revival.
