This Interlocutory Application files in Court today by the learned counsel for the petitioner for amendment of the cause title. Office is directed to register the same. 2.

Heard Mr.S.P.Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Moharana, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for Vigilance. 3.

Considering the submissions made and the averments made in the application, the prayer for amendment is allowed. 4.

Accordingly the I.A. is disposed of.

Mr. Jena, files consolidated copy of the cause title in Court today. The same be tagged to the records. Kishore 05.

Mr.Jena submits that the petitioner who is a senior citizen is aggrieved by non-disposal of TR Case No. 273 of 2007 pending before the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Angul. 3.

In reply, Mr.Moharana submits that almost all the witnesses have been examined and only one witness from the side of prosecution remains to be examined.

Considering the submissions and the innocuous nature of prayer made, this Court directs the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Angul to make all endeavour to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law by end of this year. The petitioner is directed to cooperate.

Accordingly the CRLMP is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
