Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. To direct the Opp. Parties to regularize the services of the petitioner as ICDS Supervisor under Sukinda ICDS Project after competition of 10 years of service as per Finance Dept.
Resolution dtd.15.05.1997 and as per law laid down by Apex Court in case of State of Karnataka vrs. Umadevi (3), reported in (2006) 4 SCC 1, State of Karnataka vrs. M.L.Keshari, reported in (2010) 9 SCC 247 as well as the recent decision dtd.09.09.2021 of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No.19951 of alternatively".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 24.02.2022 at Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the judgment of this court passed on 09.09.2021 in W.P.(C) No.19951 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
