Heard Mr. K. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.1 to dispose of her representation dated 15.03.2022 vide Annexure-6 and thereby correct/rectify her marksheet/certificate indicating the academic period as 20142019. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before the opposite party no.2-Vice Chancellor, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar vide Annexure-6, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date
