Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the impugned order involved herein, there was no opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner even though the order-sheet reflects that there has been providing of opportunity of hearing.

In such contingency, no Writ Petition can be entertained on this ground except if so advised, the Petitioner may move the competent authority involved herein for correcting its own order involving the order-sheet involved therein.
