This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that their representations under Annexures-1,2 & 3 are pending before the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Balasore, Opposite Party No.2. 3.

Considering such submission and further keeping in view the fact that the dispute is pending before the appropriate authority in shape of representations and they have not taken any decision in the said representations, this Court disposes of the writ application with a direction to Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representations of the Petitioners expeditiously and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

It is open for the Opposite Party No.2 to provide an opportunity of personal hearing to the Petitioners in the event it is

// 2 // called for. Further, the Opposite Party No.2 is directed to consider the representations of the Petitioners and pass a reasoned order. 6.
