Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order of cognizance dated 4th April, 2015 passed in 1CC No.25 of 2012 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Bhuban on the grounds stated therein.

However, instead of pressing the matter on merit, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they may be granted liberty to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge but for the present, there should be a direction to the learned court below to release them on bail on their appearance.

In view of the above submission, the petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioners are granted liberty to raise all the grounds before the court below at the time of framing of charge. Furthermore, the petitioners are directed to appear before

the learned court below on 2nd September, 2022 in 1CC No.25 of 2012 and on their appearance, the court shall release them on bail with conditions.
