2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 10.12.2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Khurda at Bhubaneswar in Criminal Revision No.42 of 2012.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2013. Defects pointed out by the S.R. have not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.
