Heard Mr. M.K. Kanungo, learned Senior Counsel appearing along with Mr. S.J. Biswal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D. Mohanty, learned counsel for the opposite party-Mahanadi Coalfields.

Since the petitioner has made limited grievance vide Annexure-5 dated 07.04.2022 for cancellation of tender bearing NIT-844 dated 15.03.2022 & NIT-847 dated 25.03.2022, this Court is not inclined to grant adjournment. However, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a

Alok/Puspa period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
