The petitioner is an accused in connection with Special G.R. Case No. 26 of 2020 corresponding to Deogaon P.S. Case No. 50 of 2020, pending on the file of the Learned Special Judge, POCSO, Balangir for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-376(AB)/376(2)(n)/506 of the IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Balangir by Order dtd. 15.05.2020 in Special G.R.No.26 of 2020, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard Mr. D.P. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 6.
Taking into account, the age of the victim and the tenor of the 164 Cr.P.C. Statement, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. Hence the BLAPL stands rejected.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands dismissed.
