Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T.

Case No.

of 2021, arising out of Chandrasekharpur P.S. Case No. 291 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-448/451/384/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and that the petitioner has been implicated on a higher offence after being

released on bail, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
