Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Undisputedly, the suit involved herein is of 1991. There is no stay order operating even on entertainment of the Writ Petition. There is no submission if such suit is pending or not. This Court finds no cause of action surviving presently. Considering there is no operation of interim order, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order otherwise.
