Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client seeks compensation on acquisition of his land. He made representation dated 6th February, 2022 to opposite party no.2 (Collector) and representation dated 22nd March, 2022 to opposite party no.3 (Executive Engineer). He seeks direction for the representations being considered.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the Collector will duly consider and deal with the representation. 3.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and deal with representation dated 6th February, 2022 and inform petitioner result of the consideration, within three weeks of communication.
