Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 631 of 2022, arising out of Baripada P.S. Case No.267 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Baripada for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections- 341/323/294/506/379/324 of the I.P.C. 4.
Taking into account the nature of injury which are categorized as simple in nature, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin
over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
