This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 431 of 2022, arising out of Soro P.S. Case No. 195 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Soro for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections354/506/294/307/323/379/34 of the I.P.C. 4.
Learned counsel for the State on the basis of the recitals in the Case Diary submits that the injuries are simple in nature.

Taking into account such assertions, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
