CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
15.09.2022 8.
1.
There appears there is sufficiency of notice on account of Order No.
death of some of the opposite parties. Office note 2004 indicates death of opposite party nos. 4, 9 and 14. This matter was also listed before the Registrar (Judicial) on 30.08.2017 and the Registrar (Judicial) was pleased to grant time to the petitioner to come up with substitution petition in respect of opposite party nos. 4, 9 and 14. There is no step for substitution for over five years. This Court is not inclined to grant any further time. At this stage of the matter, Mr.Kar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has no instruction in the matter. Consequently, the writ petition stand dismissed for no instruction.
