Keeping in view the quantity of contraband seized and the bar under Section-37 of the NDPS Act, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application for bail, the same is accordingly disposed of.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 20.03.2021. The learned Court in seisin over the matter is requested to expedites the trial and conclude the same. 5.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of. 6.
