Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition to approach the authority of the University for rechecking of the answer papers as well as move the statutory authority under RTI Act for redressal of grievances of the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
