It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 330 of 2013 (All Orissa Contractors Association, Bhubaneswar v. State of Odisha and Others), which has been disposed of vide order dated 25.04.2018 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 25.04.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No. 330 of 2013 (All Orissa Contractors Association, Bhubaneswar v. State of Odisha and Others), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
