This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 6th October, 2016 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak in Execution Case No.151 of 2016, arising out of D.V. Misc. Case No.415 of 2011.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

It is stated that the aforesaid Execution Case has been stayed, as D.V. Misc. Case was directed to be stayed in CRLMC No.2414 of 2016. As such the impugned order be quashed.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court dispose of this Criminal Misc. Case with a direction to the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak to proceed with the Execution Case No.151 of 2016.
