This transfer application under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner - husband for transfer of CRP No.18 of 2015 filed by the opposite party-wife under Section-125 Cr.P.C. in the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Phulbani, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jharsuguda. 2.

Mr.Abhas Mohanty, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Chiranjibi Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meantime, the matter has been settled between the parties, for which, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the
