This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 549 of 2021, arising out of Balianta P.S. Case No. 192 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. (O), Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-420/468/471/294/506 of the I.P.C. 4.
Taking into account that the civil litigation is pending between the parties, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-2 in the bail application, this Court directs that on
surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
