Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

This contempt has been filed by the Petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 26.07.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.11894 of 2016 and order dated 06.01.2022 passed in CONTC No.7637 of 2021.

As a last chance, four weeks time is allowed to the contemnor to comply with the aforesaid order, if the order has not yet been complied with. Failure of which, the Contemnor shall liable to be proceeded with contempt proceeding.
