This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 29th October, 2010 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar in C.T. Case No.336 of 2010 wherein allowing the minor victim girl to stay in her in-law's house and direction for custody of the minor victim girl in his favour. 3.

Heard.

Since the victim in the meanwhile has attended the age majority and she can now move anywhere in her free will, the matter has become infructous.

As such, the CRLMC stands dismissed being rendered infructuous.
