This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This an application for modification of order dated 21.03.2021 passed in ABLAPL No.5779 of 2020.

Upon hearing learned Counsel for the Petitioner and on going through the averments taken in the Petition as also the earlier dated 21.03.2021 passed in ABLAPL No.5779 of 2020, this application is found to be having no merit. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly dismissed.

The Petitioner is at liberty to raise all such contentions as available in law while moving for grant of regular bail before the Court in seisin of the case.

In view of the above, the period fixed for surrender of the Petitioner before the Court in seisin of the case is hereby extended by two weeks more with effect from today. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
