The Petitioner's limited grievance involves disposal of his request, vide Annexure-2 pending before the Secretary, G.A. Department, O.P.1. Considering the innocuous prayer involved, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs O.P.1 to give a considered view on the representation of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-2 within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
