3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulges of the Court to effect his promotion from the post of Peon to post of Junior Grade Despatcher which is file in the year 2000. He was 49 years old in the year 2000.

4. The petitioner must have reached the age of 71 years by now.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

6. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach afresh, if any cause of action survives.
