Mr. Rout, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner (NGO) and submits, subsequent to his client's earlier writ petition disposed of by order dated 16th March, 2022 and compliance of direction by opposite party no.3 therein, his client discovered that the proper authority is the Collector. Hence, this writ petition praying for direction upon the Collector to consider petitioner's representation made to the office.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation has already been dealt with by the authority, as prayed for in the earlier writ petition.

The Collector (opposite party no.4) is directed to consider and deal with petitioner's representation dated 25th June, 2021. Said office

// 2 // will consider the representation as made to it. In doing so, said office will have the benefit of memo dated 16th April, 2022 issued by State Project Director, in dealing with the same representation. Petitioner will approach the Collector (opposite party no.4) along with this order and copies of said representation dated 25th June, 2021, referred in said order dated 16th March, 2022, as well as memo dated 16th April, 2022 issued by State Project Director. The decision on the consideration should be made known to petitioner within four weeks of approach. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
