This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 324 of 2022, arising out of Khantapada P.S. Case No. 110 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. (R), Balasore for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-341/323/324/307/354/379/34 of the I.P.C. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners places reliance on Annexure-3- Agreement between the parties to settle the dispute
out of the Court. The name of the informant appears against Serial No.10 under the first category.

Taking note of such out of Court settlement, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
