1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education submits that order dated 13.07.2022 passed by the opposite party No.3- District Education Officer, Keonjhar reflects that the bill for arrear salary of the petitioner for the months of July, 2021 and January, 2022 has already been presented before the Treasury for drawal vide office Bill No.186 dated 12.07.2022 of the office of the opposite party No.3- District Education Officer, Keonjhar. He files a copy of the aforesaid letter.

3. In such view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. The copy of the letter filed by the learned Standing Counsel for
