This is a Writ Petition of the year 2004 involving issue rejecting the prayer for amendment in final decree proceeding. There is no stay operation since 2004. Learned counsel for the Petitioner even not aware about the position of the proceeding. 2.
This Court finds, no stay operation for nearly eighteen years. There is no point in entertaining such dispute. 3.
